Hot flashes: Congrats on a new baby. Breast feeding may be tough but gets easier over time. For now you should make an early appointment to see your obstetrician. I am confident that she/he will help you feel better. The bone and joint aches might be arthritis but I don't think that is the case. Bring that to your obstetricians attention.
