No: Dexedrine (dextroamphetamine) is a powerful, potentially addictive stimulant. If you do have ADD or ADHD, then the medication is appropriate but you must take the med daily, not for any other purpose than controlling your ADD symptoms. If difficulty concentrating is one of your daily ADD problems, that's fine. But it's not a good idea to enhance your ability to drive or concentrate by taking it at certain times.
