Ectopic: I would start with a pregnancy test. They are very sensitive within 1-2 days of a missed period. If positive and especially if having bleeding with pain, follow up with your gyn ASAP to determine if ectopic or not.

Short answer : Take a pregnancy test. If positive see a doctor for prenatal care. If negative see a doctor to get your other symptoms sorted out.

Uterine ectopic pregnancy is where it is in the uterus but not the uterine cavity. Why isn't it viable? Just a little more surgery at birth is needed.
