Treat HTN: I do not know what your medical history has in it but you are extremely young to have high blood pressure. Do not know how high your blood pressure is running but if significant you need to have some tests done to make sure that you are not one of the 1% that has an underlying treatable cause such as pheochromocytoma, Conn's syndrome. If you are overweight, lose weight. Reduce salt, exercise
