My head has been itchy for a few weeks...been checked 3 times for head lice...none found, also used nix (permethrin) just to be sure...still itchy...

Dermatitis.: THis could be dermatitis or sensitive scalp too. Since you have trued Nix, (permethrin) lice would be unlikely but should be assessed. Any recent shampoo change may contribute. Dandruff/ seborrhea can cause itching. Should be seen if persists.
