Is artificial sweetener good for controlling high blood sugar?

Not really.: Artificial sweetener is only helpful in that it will not contribute to elevating the glucose level. It does nothing to help correct the high sugar levels in diabetes. Other dietary adjustments and medications are necessary to keep the glucose level under control in diabetes.
