No: Today the most common artificial sweeteners include saccharin, aspartame, sucralose and ace-k and they are 100% synthetically produced. The reason why these artificial sweeteners do not raise blood sugar levels is because they do not contain carbohydrates and depending on the type of the synthetic sweetener they are not absorbed and leave your system unaltered.
