Allergy: It could be an allergic reaction. Make sure to tell the doctor that administered these shots. Feel better

Fear, pain: Many people have fear of needles. Also, depending on whether your clinician used any pain-control methods during the injection, the injection could be very uncomfortable. I suspect these are the likely causes of your passing out. This is not an unusual reaction, by the way. I hope that helps.
