Bites don't spread: Bug bites can't spread after scratching, but if the bug deposits an irritant on your skin, you can spread that. Calamine lotion or an antihistamine lotion may help, along with not scratching.

Scabies?: You have to consider Scabies especially when the itching is very intense at night. Scabies burrow into your skin and travel within it . Their droppings are what leads to itching . See your doctor.
