Probably: The Nomad website notes that this product is no longer sold in the United States, and this makes me a little concerned, but if it is working correctly and used properly it should be safe. You should also, of course, be wearing a radiologic dosimeter which is properly monitored to be using any radiologic equipment. I would address this issue with your radiation health safety officer to be sure.
