I wouldn't worry: Moms who have chlamydia while pregnant have an increased risk of premature birth and intrauterine infection. The babies have risk of infection especially pneumonia and conjunctivitis that can lead to blindness. If the mother was treated and none of these conditions developed, the risk of additional developmental problems is very small.

Not an issue: Baby is protected by the fetal membranes from any invasion by chlamydia that may be in other areas of your genital tract. In fact the pregnancy likely prevented the germ from getting up to your tubes, where it could do some damage to your fertility. The fetus is only at risk from the germs that can enter your blood and slip in through the placenta.Chlamydia does not.
