Worried i aspirated popcorn yesterday. would i be coughing and having symptoms today if it was going to cause a problem in my lungs? pregnant, worry.

Aspiration: I would expect vigorous coughing if the popcorn was aspirated into the airways. Since you don't appear to have any respiratory symptoms I don't feel you should have any concerns but consult your physician as needed.

Aspiration: Symptoms of foreign body aspiration include coughing, choking, hacking, pain and even shortness of breath. If you aspirated a kernel you would likely be having severe manifestations of the above. If you are feeling ok then great :)
