Migraine: Possibly, migraines can be triggered by poor sleep stress hormone and weather changes and certain substances in diet like nitrates and tyramine. Headaches are usually in one area and are throbbing and patients may become lift and noise sensitive. Discuss your headaches with your physician to establish an adequate diagnosis and treatment.

Not classic migraine: Hello, this does not sound like a migraine if it is keyed off by staying in the sun. It sounds more like significant dehydration. If you got these symptoms absent of the sun exposure, then i might say migraine, but otherwise i think its dehydration. If you notice this w/ physical activity and you are well hydrated, you may need to see your family doc to check your heart. Hope that helps!

Probably migraine : Your symptoms are suggestive of migraine. A moderate to severe headache associated with light or sound sensitivity, nausea, dizziness, activity making it worse, etc. There are a variety of treatments. See your doc.
