No test is 100%: but an HPV pap just has to be better than Google. Papilloma would have a visible wart. sometimes they can be a bit tricky to see. But if nothing seen and tests negative for HPV and positive for bacterial.... would support bacterial. of course, Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health, but I tend to trust the GYN
