Not likely: Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health, but, a mild sedative at the lowest dose that doesn't have interactions with hormones... pretty unlikley to have direct effects on menstrual cycle. Patients tell me that stress affects menstrual cycle so an indirect effect of psychoactive meds is possible but not common
