Left of cervical spine (c1/c2) level pain/pressure radiating to nose bridge. question: can cervical spine nerve (possible pinch) radiate pain/pressure through to the trigeminal nerve, then to the nasal nerves, specifically to nose bridge nerve?

Unable to help: Your question is somewhat confusing, and also non-anatomical. Best you deal with your physician regarding the etiology of your facial pain. We could also handle here via a virtual consultation on the paid portion of this website. Either of these steps could help clarify your concerns and provide directed interventions.

Neurologist is best: If you are having neurologic symptoms in the facial nerves the best person to check with would be a neurologist. It sounds like he needed good physical examination to see exactly which nerves are involved.
