Unlikely: Unlikely that your CBC differentials are due to thyroid cancer. Thyroid cancer rarely if ever involves bone marrow. As long as your white count is normal, the differentials can vary depending on stages of cell turnover and other factors e.g. an acute cold. Good luck with surgery. Be sure to be operated on by a high volume ENT/endocrine surgeon who specialize in thyroidectomy and thyroid cancer
