Can a 17 year old grow to her full potential after suffering anorexia, she is in the tenth percentile and hasn't hit puberty yet , her bone age is 10.?

Yes: If bone age is 10, then yes she has lots to grow. The grow plates have not fused yet. Keep her on treatment, use a multidisciplinary team of doctors. Very important.
