Blocked duct: This is most likely a blocked lacrimal duct (tear duct). Massage with your fingertip from the nose out on the lower lid of the eye and then wipe with warm cotton ball. This can last usually up until 9 months. If it doesn't resolve ,see a pediatric ophthalmologist.
