Possible eczema: Many possibilities. I noted hydrocodone is one of your meds. As an opiate, it can routinely cause itching and/or rash. The location of your itching and the nighttime dominance suggest eczema, particularly if you get a rash too. I recommend a 10-15 minute warm water shower followed by application of a good moisturizer to the affected areas. If a rash, see an allergist for more help!
