Probably not: Some ant bites contain small amounts of venom that will cause a local reaction in any living tissue however, you should seek medical attention soon due the amount of bites that your child received.

Ant bites & fever: Are you sure these are ant bites or something else causing the rash and the fever.If the fever is too high than take her to your pediatrician for exam to find out what is going on.
