Fever/cough: Please stay home, rest, drink fluids and monitor your temperature. Treat fever with Tylenol and please consult with your PCP regarding testing for SARS CoV2. Watch for signs of worsening and please see your PCP if this occurs. Other causes may include bacterial pneumonia. You may take Vitamin D3 in usual doses 1000-2000 daily, but please consult with your PCP.
