My husband is having a severe allergic reaction to shellfish. not first time. had a dose of pregnizone hour and 15 minutes ago but still has high fever and body pain along with itchy feet and hands. cautious to go to casualty during pandemic.

Addition: Would not hurt to take second dose of prednisone. Also take Benadryl, an H1 blocker, and Zantac or Pepcid an H2 blocker. If still concern for symptoms or if troubles breathing or passing out you will have to be seen.
