Generic drugs: Generic medications by FDA standards have to meet the same dosage of active ingredient as the Brand Name drug. There should no side effect differences between the two medications (as they are usually caused by the active ingredient) Good Luck

Same: They are the same medication with the same side effects. Rhinocort is brand name and Budesonide is the generic name.
