Mild typically: Like any nasal cortisone spray, nose bleeds are the most common side effect but these can be limited by proper nasal spray technique. Also, run-off down back of throat can lead to cough and sore throat. At usual doses, the other side effects listed for steroids are very, very uncommon. An allergist or ENT physician can assist in treatment recommendations.
