Risk...: I haven't seen this approach in order to control migraine. Certainly SSRIs can be used but combining two of those might be helping the migraine but it is certainly putting her at risk of a serotonin syndrome( esp. on high doses). I don't like to use such a high dose of citaprolam due to the risk of QT prolongation. I am not sure I would keep her in this regimen unless she will be follow up closely
