Citalopram,Sertrali: I understand your concern about not having withdrawal symptoms from Citalopram. Even though both Citalopram and Sertraline are SSRI Medications, you have OLD Sertraline, and your system may respond differently now. Please have your Psychiatrist or Physician covering for him call prescription for Citalopram at the pharmacy near you..
