The medicated strip put in my sockets to help with dry socket fell out is this something i should be concerned about?

No: The medicated dressing was packed lightly in the extraction socket to help alleviate the discomfort and to help provide some degree of protection to the exposed bone. It is not uncommon for a dressing to be dislodged, and if you are not having any discomfort, you should not be concerned.
