Be careful: Chiropractors may use a variety of modalities to treat neck symptoms It's unclear as to the nature of your neck surgery. Did you have a laminectomy? Did you have a fusion? Is there hardware implanted in your neck? You should talk to the surgeon who did your neck surgery to determine if they feel any type of chiropractic intervention would be safe given the particulars of your surgery.

Potentially: It depends somewhat on the nature of the surgery and the nature of the chiropractic care. With an anterior cervical fusion, unrestricted activity can begin once it is fully healed, which is usually about 12 weeks. I would recommend you check with your surgeon about the specifics of your case.
