Is neck cracking by a chiropractor relatively safe or dangerous? i've seen doctors on both sides, and i can't decide if i'm taking an unnecessary risk even though it may be helping me feel better.

Neck manipulation: High velocity manipulation can come with risks. I incurred an injury with high velocity manipulation. However neck manipulation can be quite helpful for misalignment. It is important that one's neck be evaluated to ensure that risk doesn't outweigh potential benefit.
