I feel a weird pressure at the top of my head and my nose and eyes it almost makes me feel a little light headed. should i ask my doctor for a brain scan?

See your doctor: Unlikely to have a problem involving brain per se, and sounds more like sinus issues. Have your doctor evaluate and obtain appropriate imaging studies.
