Probably node: It's probably a swollen gland, or lymph node. The can swell due to any inflammatory process, including a viral infection you get with a cold. If associated with moderate to severe pain, or other symtoms develop, you may want to see a primary care provider. Probably ok to watch it for now. Hope this helps!
