Migraine headache: Most likely if pain on one side with light and sound sensitivity. Then it is migrating, but if no sensitivity to light and sound it could be muscle strain. Treatment is ice on side of head, Ibuprofen (advil) 2 to 3 if no contraindications and rest in dark helps. Muscle pain also is helped with ice and ibuprofen.
