Were you...: ...trying to hurt yourself? If so, please seek help from your psychiatrist or another professional immediately. Hopelessness always passes!! 1000 mg of sertraline is ten times a normal dose and would require immediate physician evaluation. 300 mg of quetiapine and 10 mg of diazepam are normal, safe doses but are perhaps dangerous when combined with such a high dose of sertraline. Best.
