Depends on diagnosis: The dose of sertraline is not unheard of although the dose of quetiapine would appear to be appropriate for either bipolar disorder or a psychotic disorder. This dose of quetiapine could also be used for severe obsessive compulsive disorder and more rarely for major depressive disorder with or without psychotic features. I would talk with your doctor if you have concerns!
