I think i have a boil, its a pimple that is sore (sensitive) when i touch it and its by the vagina area it has some puss now aswell what is the cause?

Hard to say: This can be an abscess involving genital hair or an infection of one of the nearby glands. If it disappears with a bit of moist heat/time it is of little importance. If it continues to enlarge you should have it evaluated.
