Probably not : It not a classical/typical connection. But it's possible that infections of your sinus mark when you immune system is weak and thus possibly predisposed to other infections. Alternatively, if you are started on steroids and antibiotics while having a sinusitis, that could predispose you to a urinary tract infection.
