Good day doctors i am almost 5 weeks pregnant. i have chronic sinusitis am i allowed to drink my one tablet of zelary 10 and 2 sprays of avamys in the evenings. will it have an affect on my baby? thank you?

Allergies: There are very few studies of medications during pregnancy. Therefore most decisions about medications are based on data of fetal anomalies or babies born with birth defects. Classifications of meds in pregnancy are A (safe), B (probably safe), C ( unknown) and X (never use in pregnancy). Cetirazine is Class B and fluticasone Class C. Talk to your OB about all your meds and your sinusitis/allergie
