My undereye has been twitching on and off all day, is it anything to worry about?

Probably fine: It is very common for people to have intermittent times of twitching of the lower eyelid. Once it starts, it may continue on and off for up to 3 weeks at a time. If it lasts longer, you should be seen by a physician. Try to avoid excess caffeine, and try to get plenty of rest. The twitching may be a sign of too much stress.
