Probably fine: It is very common for people to have intermittent times of twitching of the lower eyelid. Once it starts, it may continue on and off for up to 3 weeks at a time. If it lasts longer, you should be seen by a physician. Try to avoid excess caffeine, and try to get plenty of rest. The twitching may be a sign of too much stress.

Not really: Eyelid twitching are usually harmless and rarely painful. Can be caused by few factors including fatigue and stress and even dry eyes. Adequate sleep,eat healthy,adequate hydration and exercise. If it persists see your ophthalmologist
