Hi my 11 month old little girl is teething badly at the moment, also think she has a bit of a cold coming on, was exhausted after only 1 hours sleep all day, tonight after falling asleep she keeps "jumping and twitching" is this anything to worry about ?

No.: You should consider giving her pain relief medicine like acetaminophen or ibuprofen in age/weight appropriate doses for comfort. That way, she can get a good night of sleep. Topical numbing agents such as Orajel or Ambesol have fallen out of favor and should not be used.
