Bubble: If it doesn't hurt and is not changing it may be a suture that is irritating your skin. Check with the doctor who placed the pacemaker but without the above symptoms should not be serious.

See surgeon: May be reaction to suture at corner. If not infected that is ok, but get seen and treated before it becomes an issue
