Is it safe to ice the area where a pacemaker was implanted? do i have to let the incision heal first?

Yes but not mandator: Ice paks can be used post surgery 20 mins on ,20 mins off ,and most patients do not need it since over the counter pain medication does the job. You do not have to Wait for the incision to heal.
