Usually retention: cysts are incidental findings and don't require surgery, but talk to your ENT about the specifics of your case.

Probably: Prior allergy history? Family history? Other illnesses. Sound like large polyps, unlikely malignant but may be! May need open surgery.

Only if symptomatic: If you are having no pain, PND, fullness in the face, I would do nothing except have your ENT doctor follow you every 6 months. The size of the polyps is not as important as the symptoms or discomfort you are having. Surgery should only be considered if your quality of life is poor and you have failed medical treatment 2 or 3 times.
