It is all fine: Since your Hemoglobin(Hgb ) is normal, you do not need to worry about other indices which describe your Red cells.

Normal numbers: These numbers are normal. An hematocrit of 45 and a mchc of 31.1 with mean platelet volume of 9.1 all appear to be normal. I see you have a history of systemic lupus and Sjogren's. Hope your medications are helping.
