Gas Drops: Simethicone can cause the stools to become harder in some cases. Give the baby some water (2 ounces twice a day) to encourage the stools. Also, the bowel movements are changing to the baby's normal stool pattern and maybe the baby only has to actually have a BM every 2-3 days. If the stools are coming soft when they come, everything is most likely fine.
