Probably.: It looks like you have reasons to be followed as a high risk pregnant patient. Probably better to see the doctor soon and check your status. If you are starting labor, your OB-Gyn may want to admit you early due to your previous history.

Could be : Could be preterm contractions or Braxton hicks. True labor progresses. It you have rupture of membrane and or bleeding with progressive pelvic pain, head too the nearest hospital .
