Need hands on exam: This type of problem will require a hands on exam to be accurate, however, considerations include a problem with the spleen (a blood storage organ), or the stomach (ulcers, ect), or kidney stones (often associated with changes in urination ). Ay injuries, or weight loss, or vomiting? Any chance of pregnancy?
