Chest pain: Have you seen your doctor? If not, please do so ASAP. In addition to cardiac problems which are a medical emergency, you may have some inflammation in the tissue between your ribs. Anxiety can make anything worse. How is your weight, diet, and sleep? Please consider all of this. Peace and good health.
