Not completely : In Sjogren's the body's immune system attacks the exocrine glands that produce secretions such as saliva and tears. Although there are therapies that can stimulate exocrine glands to work better, there are no therapies that can totally turn off the immune reactions that are attacking the exocrine glands. Some therapies (such as hydroxchloraquine or methotrexate) might slow down the progression.

Combination of meds: Sjogren's syndrome is a complicated disease and can be tricky to treat because there are so many things to be treated due to the number of symptoms one can have and the different systems that are affected.I think treatment is mainly geared toward symptomatic relief,I'm not sure there's a medication capable of stopping progression altogether.Various immunosuppressive therapies are used as well
