Fluids,Tylenol (acetaminophen): A majority of illnesses you described are caused by viruses. Since antibiotics only treat bacteria and not virus infections, the immune system does the brunt of the work-, recommend supportive measures such as drinking plenty of fluids and judicious use of pain/anti-fever meds.
NB-lupus and Sjorgren's, maintain a low threshold to see your doctor especially if your difficulty breathing worsens
